What is an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP)?

An Integrative Health Practitioner is a health coach trained and certified by the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute.  The holistic approach of an IHP combines ancient wellness traditions with modern scientific research, including insights from Ayurvedic Medicine, Bioregulatory Medicine, Chinese Medicine & Herbalism, Eastern Philosophy, Traditional Naturopathy, Orthomolecular Medicine, and Functional Medicine.  It is based on addressing the root causes of health symptoms and imbalances, rather than just treating symptoms.
